Minito Reasor’s journey to founding Minito HR Solutions is rooted in her personal experiences of navigating the corporate world and her deep desire to create workplaces where people feel seen, valued, and empowered. After working in corporate HR for over a decade, Minito began to notice a recurring theme: employees, including herself, often felt like just another number.

We understand the emotional undercurrent of your workforce — and we tailor solutions that align with your organization's unique priorities. Minito Reasor is the founder of Minito HR Solutions, LLC with over 12 years of Human Resources experience. She has a strong background in succession planning, recruitment strategies, workforce development, quality improvement and organizational development. She believes in customer growth and satisfaction by leveraging team engagement to produce desired outcomes.  Her Bachelor of Business Leadership degree from Baker College, coupled with a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt certification from Lawrence Technological University, underscores her dedication to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
