Restrictions

You may not:

  • Upload products to shared drives or platforms accessible by non-purchasers

4. Refund Policy

Digital Products (Templates, Toolkits, Downloads)

All digital product sales are final.
Because access is delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Consulting Services

Refunds for consulting services are subject to the terms of your individual service agreement or proposal.

Cancellations

  • Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be billed at the full rate.

  • Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.

If you believe a product was delivered incorrectly or is missing content, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of purchase.

 

5. Consulting Services

Consulting services, including HR consulting, training, coaching, and facilitation, are governed by the terms of your executed proposal or agreement.
